IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date. be adopted. The question being: Shall the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250 An Act making supplemental appropriations; amending appropriations; making an appropriation to capitalize a fund; making a reappropriation under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date? The roll was taken with the following result: CCS SB 250 Adopt Conference Committee Report? Effective Date YEAS: 17 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Ellis, Elton, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly Pete, Kelly Tim, Lincoln, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward Excused: Leman, Mackie, Wilken and so, the report was adopted. Senator Halford, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Halford moved the Constitutional Budget Reserve Fund section. The question being: Shall the Constitutional Budget Reserve Fund section be adopted?
